FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS FROM WINNERS
Q. How do I get my certificate?
A. We will send out a winner's packet that has details on
the certificate. You will receive 1 complimentary certificate
per winning entry but you have the option to edit the personalization
information and order addtional certificates via our online
winner's store and via paper order form.
Q. How does the Horizon Interactive Awards publicize
the competition and it's winners
A. We will send out press releases promoting the award winners.
In addition, we will be advertising in many of the industry
trade publications this fall to promote the winners and the
2006 competition.
Q. Did everyone receive an award?
A. No. While we applaud all the efforts of the entries in
the competition, we have narrowed the field to the best of
the best interactive media solutions.
Q. I received my winner's packet. Do I need to pay
anything to get my certificate? My Statue?
A. You will receive one complimentary certificate per winning
entry. You also may purchase additional certificates for your
clients, team members, etc. Simply fill out the online order
form or the printed order form in your winner's packet by
May 31, 2006. Statues are not included with your initial entry
fee. Statues are available for purchase through the online
order form or the printed order form in your winner's packet.
(they're actually very nice! -- if we don't say so ourselves...)
Q. Do I need to do anything now to receive my certificate?
A. That Depends! (how's that for an answer?) If you have no
changes to the personalization information listed on your
order form and you are not going to purchase any additional
certificates or statues, then NO. You do not need to do anything.
Your certificate will be mailed to you after May 31, 2006.
However, if you have changes to the personalization information
listed on your order form, you will need to note those changes
on the order form and return it to us by May 31, 2006. Even
if you are not ordering any additional certificates or the
award statue, you will need to return the order form with
those corrections. You may also notify us via email at info@horizoninteractiveawards.com
if you want to save the stamp (it's quicker too!).
Q. Can I get a statue/certificate personalized for
my clients and for our design studio?
A. Yes. You will need to fill out the online order form for
each winning entry's statue/certificate that has different
personalization information. Be sure to insert the proper
entry number on the form and then fill out the personalization
section as you want the statue to be inscribed. EXAMPLE: ABC
Design Studio would like 3 statues. 2 of those go to their
client and 1 is for their own display. Statues 1&2 = 1
order form (client listed as the company) and statue 3 = 1
order form (with ABC Design Studio listed as the company).
Both order forms have the same entry number just with different
personalization information.
Q. When are my order forms due?
A. Ahhh… did we mention that they were due back by May
31, 2006 - (you can fill it out online if you want to avoid
the postal mail)
Q. When will we receive our certificates and statues?
A. All manufacturing of items will be conducted after the
order deadline of May 31, 2006. Please allow 4-6 weeks for
delivery beyond the order deadline. We print and manufacture
all items at the same time, after everyone has had a chance
to submit their personalization changes and additional item
orders.
Q. Is shipping included in the price?
A. Yes... if you are located in the USA. All international
orders must include a $15.00 international shipping fee beyond
the cost of the statues and/or additional certificates. We
wish we could email them to you somehow! Please note, that
some locations may have additional shipping fees. We will
work those out on a case-by-case basis and we’ll contact
you prior to shipment.
Q. Can I ship to separate locations?
A. Yes. While it is preferable for us to ship to 1 location,
we try to accommodate your special shipping requests. Please
