TERMS OF ENTRY

By submitting your entry either online or via postal mail in the Horizon Interactive Awards competition, you certify that you are the creator, owner, or are authorized to promote on behalf of the owner or creator of the intellectual property contained in your entry. Any misrepresentation of the work, creators, or owners identity is the sole responsibility of the entrant. You agree to hold the Horizon Interactive Awards, llc harmless for any and all errors, inaccuracies, falsities or mistaken identities contained in any entry.

PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY OF ENTRY INFORMATION

All information submitted to the Horizon Interactive Awards is kept strictly confidential. We will never share any specific project information with a third party other than the Horizon Interactive Awards judges. The judging panel members are bound by a confidentiality agreement which states that they are not able to disclose any information to a third party regarding the entries they view or the details of their involvement with the Horizon Interactive Awards competition. In short, your information is kept safe and we're not in the business of selling it to the highest bidder!
