DESCRIPTION:
When Disney's Yellow
Shoes Creative Group began working on the
2007 Vacation Planning DVD for Disney, they
wanted to showcase the theme, "Year
of a Million Dreams." Teaming up with
Mind's Eye Creative for editing, our artists
defined a look and feel that would be surreal
and dreamy, coordinating with all the branded
Disney vacation planning materials for the
season. We created the DVD menu system;
the main shows, featuring a mix of live
action with 2D & 3D animation; all the
in-show graphics; and supervised green screen
shoots. The artists then transformed creative
motion menus and interfaces into fully functional,
interactive DVDs, despite all the constraints
of DVD specifications, using the industry's
most-advanced tools including: • Final
Cut Pro • Maya 3D • DVD Studio

• 5.1 Dolby Digital & Dolby DTS
Surround Sound • DVD 9 Dual Layered
Burner • After Effects • Photoshop
